A very modern school was built in Lhubu in the basin of the Kathmandu Valley for over 600 students in 2018 and 2019.
The school was significantly damaged during the 2015 earthquake, with one part of the building completely destroyed. The damaged part of the building had to be completely gutted and the pillars reinforced. It finally reopened in 2019 after a two-year renovation period.
