A severe flash flood from the Himalayan region swept through on 26 August. across the whole of Nepal to India. Figures as at 31 August They are reporting over 900 deaths and over 4,000 people missing! We are therefore appealing for donations, using the reference ‘flash floods’, for the people and regions affected in Nepal.

For the past 25 years, the Lichtenegg branch has been supporting Nepalhilfe Beilngries and, during that time, has raised a substantial amount of money, which is used to carry out joint projects.
